I’m slowly getting back into a happier groove.
It’s the little things that make the difference. Like visualizing, which I do any way but if I don’t direct my thoughts it becomes worrying. Taking some time to arrest my thoughts and redirect to a better place is a good thing.
Plus, I’m working again. I realise that I love the process of researching and writing and at the end of the day that’s what I want to do.
OK, I also want to have my own business, and I’m taking steps toward that as well, but, the key is always going to be the writing.
Back to the gratitude:
1/ I’m grateful for the skills I have at shaping my happiness
2/ I’m grateful it’s the weekend!
3/ I’m grateful for my home
4/ I’m grateful for this time to be alone and think
5/ I’m grateful that my children are taking steps to move forward with their lives
