I thinking my subconscious mind has a way of screwing with me that really gives me the willies. For instance, two days ago I’m feeling on top of the world. Life is good. I’m seeing results from my actions and I’m feeling happy and excited and soaked in belief that things are going to work out just as I planned. Then bang, I fight with my partner and wake up the next day with a migraine. I go to work and get quite the shock, one I’m not sure what effect it will have in my life and now I’m up at 3.30 am stressing about what’s happening.
Damn!
Focussing on something different is a good idea here. So below is my favourite Pink song, of the moment anyway.
I’m going to relax, have a little fun and let these negative feelings go.
